Frank Mcgrath is good but needs to work on coming in just right. He looks PERFECT about 6 weeks out, but over dries and depletes and comes in too small. I personally go for asthetics over mass any day of the week!

bodybuilding has seperated from what is aesthetic, to what is possible.

sure you can make a 50 foot pink limo, but it's alot different from an Aston Martin!!

I agree with you chemical. Back when he competed in the O against the likes of Haney and Yates etc.. he always go plenty of boquets for his symmetry. He'd have to be the best looking (in terms of physique) 48 year old on the planet. Gary Strydom doesn't do too badly either. I saw a close-up of Francis a while ago and it looked like he'd done something to one of his pecs.

Yea Francis unfortunately suffered a pec tear to the right pec a few years back but he has done very well to recover from it. He and Strydom are exactly the same age. Gary is from SA he was here a year ago to guest pose at our Nationals and was extremely impressive.
