What is that one muscle group/body part that you obsesse over and focus on more than any other?
For me it's forearms believe it or not. I always lose respect for someone with a great physique who has pencil sized forearms. Some of the strongest people I've ever met be them lifters or not have always had big forearms. I think it's one of the most important aspects of a solid upper body and most people seem to lag in the forearms.
A close second would be triceps. I hate a polished and sizable bicep with no triceps to match. Kinda like a boxer with a nice muffin bicep and a straight line from the elbow to the shoulder, it just doesn't look right. Luckily for me I have good genetics in this department and it takes minimal attention for my tris to pop but I am equally as horrible when it comes to traps I can work those bastards till I drop and I'm always un satisfied with the development.
