Safflower oil? I saw a youtube video once from Formula Secrets, where the channel owner explained Safflower oil increases the amount of semen or "load." He said it was a porn industry secret. One has to think, if testicles are glands, and they fill with a fluid, in order to hold more fluid they'd have to increase in size. I am far from 100% on this, but it might be worth checking out.
