Test prop vs test cyp dosing?

My confusion is how the dosing lines up. If you are pinning 200mg/week of cyp, how much would you pin every day of prop?
Divide your weekly dose by seven. If you want to get the same exact amount of testosterone, then check the ester weights of each one and do the math. I'd suggest not overcomplicating it though. If you're one 200mg cyp, run 200mg of prop and see how you feel or get bloods. At the end of the day its just testosterone and the ester doesn't really make a difference in my experience.
 
Sorry I missed this before, answering jic it matters. I’ve been up to 14mg a week, but ended up at 7mg a week now. I didn’t have any big negatives at the higher dose, just realized I was having T fluctuations and wasn’t comfortable with how high it was getting sometimes. I know some women are ok with supraphysiological levels, but no thanks. Mine was shooting up to upper quarter of the 100s.

Interestingly, I think the daily prop dosing is what lowered my SHBG into normal range, and made a lower T dose eventually work. SHBG’s still on the higher end of normal, but was above it before. My husband noticed a difference in overall mood when I switched from daily dosing, especially around my cycle, so I’m back to daily again.

I’ve tried more than once and every time had a harder time with orgasm, libido fell, acne, and my mood was flat. With prop, the improvements are almost immediate. My guess is some women do better with a faster peak of free T and fall over steady state exposure, because of liver conversion. There are too many women who have the same experience for it to not be a thing. I like cyp for its convenience, but won’t try again.
Thank you so much! I am having the same issues on cyp. The difficulty with orgasms was something I never connected but yes! Even pinning EOD I felt so much better. Screw the convenience. I need to start listening to my body.
