There are things in the human body that trigger on spikes. I know this for fact because my wife can literally force a period to start by injecting a high dosage of Estrogen even when it was not the right time of the month. So I imagine, that we probably have sensors that are similar and will trigger based not on level of test over time, but the immediate spike in test at any certain point in time.
So yes there will be differences in how your body reacts to Test based on ester if its true that we have sensors that reacts to spikes. I'm not 100% sure but I will say that based on my experience, sex drive might very well be one of them. I get horny as hell on injection days and it tapers off the rest of the week. Placebo? Maybe. No way to know until science can prove it with actual mechanisms.
But for the sake of body building? Im not sure it matter as much once you normalize your levels. But im no expert. It just makes sense to me plus I honestly never "feel" more power or energy or anything from roids. I dont feel different at all aside from the horny thing. But I know these things are working because my body shows it and performance increases at the gym are obviously accelerated when in cycle.
Last, there is probably also a difference in oils used. They likely impact release rate or at least I would assume so due to viscosity and solubility in the body. Again not an expert but I imagine that some folks might discount this.
My 2 cents.
