Hi i am 21 and i want to start a cycle that looks like:
week 1-12 test e 500mg a week
week 1-4 Dbol 30mg ED
For PCT i'm never sure it kinda confuses me after a while when i'm looking things up on forums wiki etc.. I would do Nolva at week 14 40mg ED first two weeks, followed by 2 weeks 20mg ED
Started lifting when i was 15-16 years 6.1 feet tall and 143 pounds very skinny typical ectomorph.. now at age 21 i'm 195 pounds in those 5- 6 years training i did quit some times for a month or two a couple of times partying etc.. But i made good gains my bf is around 16%. I'm stil 6.1 feet.
So now i want to get real serious and make some good gains, my goal would be to gain lean muscle and strength without gaining to much bf, my diet is prety simpel but works very well for me oatmeal in the morning with pro shake , whole bread with chicken, rice with fish, pasta and chicken, steak, vegetables .. spreaded in 6-7 meals a day and i ussually drink around 2-3 shakes morning, after training and going to get some casein protein before bed. and lots of water.
Would like some advice specially on my PCT as i really don't want to get gyno.
