Hi guys!
First of all: this forum kicks ass! Best, most reliable, experienced and supported info around in all my lurking experience. This is the only forum I have consistently enjoyed enough to actually become a member. So thanks to you all for that.
Alright, back to my intro...
I'm 25 years old. Been addicted to the iron and science around it since my dad first took me to lift weights when I was 14. He took me to the gym and had one of his construction buds who was an x-bodybuilder/power lifter come show us both the ropes. I was hooked.
I've been training consistently since that time, excluding one year when I lived abroad and was dirt-ass poor (sucked cus I barely ate and had no access to a gym). I played a lot of football and rugby in college, have one powerlifting comp under my belt, and am currently training for the upcoming rugby 7's season this summer. I keep my weight relatively low these days, 5'6.5" (yes the half inch matters when you're this short) and 180 butt naked haha, because I really enjoy rock climbing and I'm not playing football anymore.
I'm also a biologist by profession and intend to go back to graduate school for biochemistry at some point soon.
Now you guys know my life story haha. Looking forward to learning more each day from you guys here!
