Longtime lurker, but lifetime natty. I’ve always been AAS curious but I’ve never had the balls to do it. Or, maybe my unatrophied balls were the issue? Honestly, the thought of gyno always scared me too much. Anyway, getting older (39) and recent hormone bloodwork was sub optimal. I’ll probably start TRT soon, and once I break the seal I imagine there will be TRT+, and maybe even a blast. I’ve been into peptides for a few years and I’m about to try some hgh for my current cut to promote lipolysis and maintain lean mass.

I didn’t do the sensitive tests. I figured I’d see where I was at and retest w/ the sensitive tests if needed. I plan to go back for the sensitive tests in a month and go from there. As far as my gyno fears go, looks like I might benefit from some increased estrogen anyway, but I’ll need the sensitive test to confirm.

My lifting consistency has varied with life. Went back to school while working full time mid 30s and got fat sitting at a computer all the time. Peptides helped me lose it after graduating. I live in a resort town, so even when lifting wasn’t consistent, I was probably whitewater kayaking or skiing 5 days/wk. My lifting has been very consistent since finishing grad school. My goal is to hit 40 being in the best shape and the strongest I’ve ever been.

Cool man, what did you go to grad school for?
 
Nothing interesting, just business admin. It was a career change for me. I use to do whatever I could to avoid working in an office, but indoor climate control isn’t so bad these days.
