T3 Cause Abnormal Blood Test ?

i recently got a full bloodtest done just to check everything, at the time everything was 100% except my thyroid was high, i was taking 50mcg of cytomel a day. 2 weeks later they retested but tested is further , at this point i had been on 75 mcg for 2 weeks and on t3 for a total of 6 weeks. the doc got the test back and there were all kinds of horomone abnormalities. could the t3 wack out a whole blood test like that or am i fucked up. I feel fine. thanks for any help.
