Switching between Sema and Reta while waiting for more stock, or taking a break during stock refill waiting periods

TL;DR -- on a personal stock gap from Sema (waiting on source), but have Reta sitting around. Have been taking Sema for the better part of 2 years now. If I switch to Reta for the few weeks it may take to get more Sema delivered, would I have any trouble returning to Sema after? Would it be better for me to take a few weeks off any GLP to let my metabolism reset and have a break?

Is there a reason you’re on sema over Reta? Assuming you’re not on a script then Reta is a better overall compound. It’s sema but with less muscle wasting. Look deeper into Reta. If you’ve been on sema for 2+ years and aren’t where you want to be maybe it’s time to switch something up.

take time off if you can handle it mentally.

Taking a few weeks off is not going to "let your metabolism reset." If you want the mental exercise, that's fine, although switching to reta would probably give you that as well, as you titrate up. As others have said, not sure why you are sticking wth sema at this point anyway, even if it is an RX.
