I've just been working out a few months. What are some good supplements to take. My roomate lifts. He said creatine and some protein should be good enough sunce I'm just starting out. What do you guys think? What about eca products I bought some and I like it because of the energy.

What kind of goals do you have? Just looking to do general exercising for better healtgh? Do you want to grow bigger, and stay that way? Just want to get stronger? Looking to lose weight? Please give more info. Maybe include stats; age, weight, height.

If you are just looking to do general health maintenence exercising, Frosty is right, no need to invest in lots of supps, just some good protien and good fatty acids.
