As far as vitamins go, I usually get Puritan's Pride Ultra VitaMan or Vitamin Shoppe brand. Protein powders I usually get Biotest or Met-Rx. For whey protein, you can't beat the price on Optimum Nutrition. Peace.

I like O.N. whey.

If you look on e-bay there was a dude selling a 150 lbs. sack of pure whey isolate. That is a lot of fricken whey. I have trouble getting through the 10 lbs O.N. whey... I would be shitting out pure protein bars if I had to down 150 lbs. of pure whey isolate.

I found what I was looking for. Go to ebay and type in protein. On there you will see a 50lb bag of protein for 129.99... I didnt think much of it, then while speaking with a buddy of mine last night eh mentioned it.. For the price, I dont know that I cant try it at least once.. I checked out the website and they had some good deals on glutamine and creatine as well... I think the name was nutrabiotics...

Yeah. I saw the same thing on there when I was doinf my search. He's ben selling it for awhile. Last time I bought a 20 pound tub from ebay. It was good stuff. I ordered the 50 now. Will see how it pans out.

I bought animal pak a little while ago and wasn't faithfully lifting then so I never used it. I am lifting faithfully now and I have been thinking about using it. What are you noticing from using the animal pak? Do you think it would be wise to use while trying to lose fat weight?

Yes, I would use it, even if I was tring to lose weight. I have had great success with it. It is a very powerful multi-vitamin, and excellent for those your lift and train hard!

If you are talking about getting big of the animal pak it is not going to happen. But what I have experienced is a great multi that has given me all that I need for weight lifting. The vitiams and minerals that I lose during traning this multi replaces what I lose. The animal pak is for body builders and the vitiams and minerals lose during training.

if you like myoplex try protoplex. it's the Vitamin World knock-off. same shit, less scratch.


also i agree w/ whoever recommended dpsnutrition.net. they've been around for years and are tough to beat on just about anything.
