Anybody shine some light on ex felon laws in Wales?
In America you're not coming out of prison and somehow affording college and if you do you're not being hired with a serious criminal record to program for company that you could potentially steal from.
Not when they could hire 1,000 other clean software programmers.
I wonder if it'd be worth it for American ex cons to seek life outside America if you could actually make a decent life after getting a felony on your record?
I know part of the issue would be traveling to certain countries after having a felony record. Some places you can't even visit with a felony record.
