Started anabolic diet.......

Im new at this and have been reading all I could on it. I started Sun @247lbs and today Im at 238lb. I guess thats mostly water weight. Ive been trying to stay at 2500cal a day with 60%fat at 174g, 35% pro at 200g ,and 5% carbs at 25g for 12 days then carb up for 2.

Heres what Ive been eating, post any suggestions.

3 scrambled eggs w 2 sausage and 2 bacon, crystal lite green tea

1 grilled chicken breast, 3 scrambled eggs, crystal lite green tea

4tbl peanut butter, flax seed oil, bottled water

4 oz ground beef w cup of brocolli, cl green tea

2 boiled catfish or canned salmon, cl green tea

6 oz steak w green beans, cl green tea

I snack on almonds during the day.
 
Looks pretty good to me, clean with lots of good fats and little carbs, the only thing i would probably change if its really nessecary is the sausage as they are processed and saturated fats depending on how many you eat but i doubt theyll have that much of an impact on the rest of your diet.
