Hi guys,

I assume with this "hobby", most of you stock not just vials and tabs of gear but also wide range of support meds.

I wanna have stuff at home in case "what if" problems from gear use, it could be BP, RHR, lipids, any issues with injections, stuff to treat sides etc.

I was thinkin about stocking on to some basic antibiotics for case if something goes wrong with injection for example.

Already have telmisartan, nebivolol, statin, aspirin. Basic stuff.

Any reccomendations for stuff like this?
What do you keep at home for these situation, or rather, what is smart to have on hand?

Some good lists already posted. If I looked at @BamaCrazy’s medicine cabinet I’d think I was at home. I’d add — and this isn’t a support med per se — but keeping some Dianabol in case of crashed estrogen seems to have helped a lot of people.

Some others:

* Most importantly, Tadalafil / Sildenafil in case the little soldier develops poor posture. Haven’t needed it yet, but I do take 5mg Tadalafil daily for various reasons. Stocking up on Avanafil now that I’ve found a source as it’s very fast acting.
* Zopiclone - hypnotic for sleep
* Lemborexant for sleep - better sleep maintenance, less hangover than Z drugs
* Eplerenone (gentler diuretic, less likely to cause e.g. gyno than spironolactone - just picked this up in case I don’t get along with HCTZ well)
* Torsemide (more powerful diuretic - reserve for extreme cases)
* Clindamycin (antibiotic)
* Tretinoin and Adapalene - mild anti-acne topicals - I would prefer never to take accutane again
* Carisoprodol / Soma - muscle relaxer, pain

It’s worth mentioning that some of the BP meds are also useful for lowering hematocrit.

After hearing Vigorous Steve’s story about going into anaphylactic shock after a MOTS-C injection, I’ve wondered if keeping an epi pen around would be smart. Gotta find a cheaper source, though. On TelyRX they go for $300 per box of 2 pens. Adrenaclick is cheaper but I’ll need to find a prescriber for it.

I’m a little unsure I’d ever use the antibiotics. If I get what appears to be an infection from pinning, I’m probably going to the ER. But I figure it couldn’t hurt to have them on hand. I’ve heard about people using their syringes to drain abscesses and I’m just not sure I’m quite that DIY.

I have Tadalafil on the list as Cialis. I have plenty of Zopi on hand but if I use it to get one good nights sleep it screws up the next 2-3 unless I take it again. So I won’t use it unless I’ve not slept in days.

I have spironolactone but I would only use it for 2-3 days as a diuretic if I wanted to remove water fast. Too many downsides to using it long term. Otherwise HCZT works fine for me.

For muscle relaxers I have methocarbamol and baclofen on hand. Both work well. I need to add baclofen to my list. I discovered that one when I had the 22 days of hiccups and my Doc prescribed it. It works really well.

I really should order some antibiotics though. I don’t have any.

Yeah, I’ve been using Ambien / zolpidem for years and am trying to replace it. I’ve started prescribed Quviviq, which is similar to Lemborexant. So far Quviviq is pretty decent, less druggy feeling, and better at sleep maintenance. For people who haven’t had lifelong insomnia issues, I don’t know if any of this stuff will help with trensomnia, and I haven’t tried tren in a cycle to test it.

Same :-) I actually did order some baclofen, it just hasn’t arrived yet so I forgot to mention.
