Astro claims his Genotropin is pharma quality, to me that means the same as Pfizer Genotropin. Astros price is $185 per 36iu, and 24hreup is just $200 for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals 36iu 12mg and comes with a quick inject pen. If Astros is an exact duplicate, I have a savings of $ 15 per cartridge. I'd have to find my own pen. Has anyone used both before? Are they the same quality?

I'd trust Astros to be honest, it could be counterfeit Pfizer. I remember seeing bloods floating around somewhere on Astros GH and the shit's legit.

Exact same thing. You don't need a pen, you don't even need bac water. Just mix and use a slin pin. Or if you really want to get anal about it, you can mix then draw it out entirely and put into an empty sterile vial and add more bac water to get your calculated iu dosing of your desire.
