Some advice from very experienced men

Long story short, I have never used hgh and insulin. Always used high Test and tried most all anabolics (injectable and orals).

My current stats:

-weight 230lbs at legit 12-14% bf max

-400lbs clean bench press/530lbs squat/500 deadlift

-10 years of hearty lifting with no BS apart from some short breaks

I eat 3500cals to maintain and 4k to bulk up. All is fine except I kinda stalled. Even with adjusting my training volume and intensity. I know what I'm doing when it comes to training and diet. I always push myself to the max when it comes to gaining size and strength.

Problem is I don't want to abuse steroids anymore. I use Testosterone only year round as I feel good on it and my health allows me to do so. I don't want to use above 1000mg/week or other steroids anymore however I would love to progress some more. Sometimes I use orals like dbol or anavar if I feel like breaking PR's and gaining some temporary strength, but it's been a while.

My ultimate goal is 250lbs at no more than 16-18% body fat, if I can stay under 20% year round cruising I'm pretty happy with it.

Question is if I include hgh + insulin and increase my T to say 1g per week, can I expect dramatic results from it, considering I will appropriately increase training via volume and weights and also quality calories?

Insulin is great when used correctly and goes very well with GH.

Some of the craziest pumps ever

Some get wild and do pre workout and post. I always stick with (around) 10iu pre workout then GH post workout.

Been using insulin and GH since close to 8 years at this point. Almost everyone gets on this "GH-slin" bandwagon thinking of growing beyond their genetic potential.

And yes they do, but only till a certain point, before they are (and I assume that if they haven't lost their ability to think critically) forced to look towards adopting a wholly different approach- that of upregulating their insulin sensitivity, leading to a far better quality of life improvement, in addition to better growth.

I for one don't like those protocols that turn a blind eye to insulin sensitivity. Unlike steroids, more GH and slin certainly doesn't mean more growth.

If you want me to detail the protocol that I follow, ask me.

id love to hear you talk about this in detail and how we can leverage it to maximize our gains :)

i would also be interested in hearing that protocol ,

Step 1- Check your blood glucose 2 hrs post your last meal of the day.

Step 2- Use slin pills to push it in the range of 85-90.

Step 3- Take GABA, 5HTP and Melanotan. Use prescription sleep meds if you have to. Point is to have a good sleep.

Step 4- When you start feeling sleepy, inject your GH intra-muscular in each delt. 6 IUs to start, titrate up to 8 IUs...10 IUs...12 IUs. The higher you go, the better it is.

Step 5- Sleep.

Step 6- After waking up, check your blood glucose. If it's elevated, do some fasted cardio (even a 20 minute walk outside helps).

Step 7- A hot bath/sauna. Gets rid of much of the excess water weight that you might have from the GH and your steroids.

Step 8- 10 IUs Humulin-R 30 mins before workout. Sub-cutaneous.

Step 9- Have a meal of 150 grams of carbs, containing both fast and slow acting carbs. Oatmeal mixed with some honey was what I took when I was dirt poor. You can also take cream of rice/apple pie filling, add in some blueberries and 1-2 scoops of fat free whey isolate and 20 grams of EAAs.

Keep glucose tabs handy, just incase you start going hypo during hour workouts.

You'll have 2 hours after your pre workout before the Humulin-R peaks. Try to complete your workout by this time.

Step 10- Have your post workout meal. More slow acting carbs this time.

Step 11- Metformin, berberine with each meal.

Step 12- Use slin pills (far more safer than using insulin with each meal) to push blood glucose down to 85-95 range 2 hours post every meal.

Step 13- Don't run this forever. 4 weeks on, 4 off works the best.

Try to have as little dietary fat as possible during this period. High carb, high protein, low fat diet yields tremendous result.

Bring your GH down to 3 IUs a day when you aren't on insulin.

Do your bloodwork. Keep an eye on haemoglobin a1ct levels.

If your hunger & digestion isn't good, take 250 mcgs of GHRP- 6 30 minutes before each of the big meals of the day.

This is the safest way that I've run slin & GH.

Forgot to add. How do you know you're going hypo during your workouts? Cold sweats/blurred vision...the moment you feel that, pop in a glucose tab. Though with humulin r and at a rekatively safe dosage of 10 IUs, the risk is far lower than humalog (which in the past has creeped up on me a couple of times, even at 8 IUs).

And for the love of all that you hold dear to you, don't increase the slin dosages.

P.S.:- Insluin before each meal and long acting insulin abuse leads to soft muscles..you'll lose your muscle definition and progressively become insulin resistant.

How’s your experience been with test only? Do you feel like you’re leaving anything on the table not using EQ/primo whatever anabolic?
