Long story short, I have never used hgh and insulin. Always used high Test and tried most all anabolics (injectable and orals).
My current stats:
-weight 230lbs at legit 12-14% bf max
-400lbs clean bench press/530lbs squat/500 deadlift
-10 years of hearty lifting with no BS apart from some short breaks
I eat 3500cals to maintain and 4k to bulk up. All is fine except I kinda stalled. Even with adjusting my training volume and intensity. I know what I'm doing when it comes to training and diet. I always push myself to the max when it comes to gaining size and strength.
Problem is I don't want to abuse steroids anymore. I use Testosterone only year round as I feel good on it and my health allows me to do so. I don't want to use above 1000mg/week or other steroids anymore however I would love to progress some more. Sometimes I use orals like dbol or anavar if I feel like breaking PR's and gaining some temporary strength, but it's been a while.
My ultimate goal is 250lbs at no more than 16-18% body fat, if I can stay under 20% year round cruising I'm pretty happy with it.
Question is if I include hgh + insulin and increase my T to say 1g per week, can I expect dramatic results from it, considering I will appropriately increase training via volume and weights and also quality calories?
