Tinea Versicolor, I’ve used selenium sulfide(Selsun Blue shampoo, leave on the skin for a few minutes then rinse) in the past with good results. You will need to get out in the sun to help it fade and don’t stay in sweaty clothes after working out. From what I understand you never really get rid of it just control it.

What about Nizoral? Seems that would be much better than Selsun Blue. I’ve never had this, but if it’s fungal related I would think that would be a good option.
