My supplement regimen is based around mineral balance. I use ONLY WHOLE FOOD SOURCED PRODUCTS everything else is complete garbage and half the shit out there is as well. I'm writing a TenGrams How To for this and will explain in depth more about it. But here I thought we can discuss what everyone likes to take. Here's what I take

Am
- Jigsaw SRT 4 tabs
- Cod Liver Oil 3.5g
- Vitamin C (whole food) 400mg
- Standard Process Cataplex B 2 tabs
- Dessicated Liver (from grass fed cattle) 3g
- Taurine 1g
- Jigsaw Probiotic Blend 1 cap
- Jigsaw Adrenal Cocktail 1 scoop

Mid day
- Vitamin C (while food) 400mg

Pm
- Magnesium Glycinate 200mg
- Cod Liver Oil 3g
- Vitamin C (whole food) 400mg
- Inspired Solutions iDetox 2 caps
- Wheat Germ oil 2 pearls

Heins Chili Sauce as needed

Ifbb pro. I don't think I have the shape to WIN a pro show but I think I can at least TURN pro.

When I was 15 I was SURE I'd be mr Olympia but you know. Realism.

So yes as big and as shredded as I can be. Ideal is jay cutler 2009, Markus ruhl night of champions the year he won, Dallas mccarver right before he died are all physiques I've looked up to
