Hey guys,
I am one month into my cut and i am experiencing shaking in my hands and a little paleness during workout if I eet fruit or carbs in pre workout. Is it because of high insuline secretion or something else and how do i go about it?
Thanks in advance for your advise

Do you think blood sugar levels could cause reactive hypoglycemia?
Or maybe sust and anavar affects insulin sensitivity and blood sugar levels.
What about cycles, is this your first one?
I would use a glucometer if possible, to track BSL after u consumed carbs.
Try timing your meals to see if your consume carbohydrates makes a difference in your symptoms. Do you consume enough water during workouts? How hardcore are your workouts?

I bought a glucose meter should get it today. Yes it is my first cycle. I am going to perform an insuline sensitivity test. Also im sweating alot during workout and while sleeping.

I'm short on info here.
I do sweat a lot regularly even before my bodybuilding days, do you?
How long are you training rn for?
Replenish fluids lost through sweating by drinking water or electrolyte-rich drinks I guess.
In another post by you, you told you want to cut to 80 to 85kg before you start your cycle, and that you are 95kg (that was in March), and you gained 5 kg in two months I suppose it was fat not muscle. Temptation to get on gear?

Yes temptation. It was not all fat. My strength increased as well with my weight. My one rep max for bench was 100kg and getting to that weight it increased to 100kg for sex reps.

just to give full insight in my cycle. Started beginning april with sustanon 250 a week. Increased to 375 two weeks later and added anavar at the same time. Aromasin and nolvadex for ai and gyno management but I haven’t came up with aromasin dosage yet.
Calories are 2200 with 200g protein and 40 fat rest filled with carbs.
I started with 2500kcal but my weight got up to 100kg at the end of april so i decreased the calories. This morning i weighted 99.5

I am not judging, but why would you listen to me, if you didn't listen to other people's opinions on the "First cycle" post you made?
Check your BSL, and drink enough water. See what the glucometer will say.

Ok i just done a little experiment. My fasting blood glucose was 3.6mmol/l. I ate some sweets and protein and after two hour it got to 4.2 mmol/l. So far fine. But i ate some icecream and sweets with no protein. After half an hour my body got cold and started shaking. Took another test and my blood glucose was 3.8mmol/l. Any idea why?

Although your blood glucose level of 3.8 mmol/l is within the normal range, it is possible that your body is sensitive to fluctuations in blood sugar levels.
The sudden drop in blood glucose levels could have affected your body's ability to regulate temperature, resulting in feeling cold and shaking I guess.

I searched it can it can be reactive hypoglycaemia. Basically i am either very sensitive to insuline or my pancreas makes too much insuline. I have to go to the doctor. Thank you for your help
