I have been a drinking a gallon selzter instead of a gallon of water. Someone i know thinks seltzer doesnt hydrate them as much.

can you replace all the water you drink with selzter. Is the same right?

Regardless of extra hydration or helping digestion, I enjoy seltzer just to change things up a little bit from regular water all day.
Yes water gets boring and cant stand it sometimes.

i have been doing a little lemon, and apple cider vinegar in water. Its pretty good. And so many health benefits.

The only time I've drank uncarbonated water in the last 15 months is at the gym because I refill at the fountain. I'm a recovering alcoholic and seltzer has been my substitute. I had a physical 2 weeks ago and I asked about this. My doctor said it's identical to drinking water. All my bloodwork came back fine so I'm gonna roll with it. Fuck tap water.

Normal seltzer is just water infused with carbon dioxide that make it fizzy. If it has a bunch of additives, then it's not great... But sparkling water with real fruit flavor added is becoming very popular in the US and a soda alternative. Perrier and similar brands are much more popular in Europe, so much so that they'll usually ask if you want still or sparkling when you go to a restaurant.
