A friend of mine bringt from Egypt this product in pictures, I would like to know if it really exists and if possible to check if its legit, he bought straight from pharmacy at 160 euro but as I know Egypt is full of counterfeit and I never seen this.

Do a bloodwork with the meso protocol (10 ui just woke up and after 2/3 ore draw blood). Looks fake, but I’m not sure. @24hreup , @24hreup-rep what do you think?
