Running low!!!

Happy Thanks Giving an i hope your having a good one. I jusr got tired of it an didn want it in my life anymore. I know this sounds bad because noboby likes a quitr but i have always been good at quitting anything that i no longer want in my life. I used to live the party life an did all sorts of bad things. Now i have a family and wand to do whats best for them an stay in the best shape as i possibly can. I can see that when you lift weights you have a drive an a inner passion for that. You want that rep very badly an you mke it happen rep after rep. If you have that much drive an determanation to lift likke you do then i know you would have enough mind power to stop dippin. You can do it brother. Just tell yourself that you know its not good for your body an put it down or throw it away. I have faith in you my friend. Dont let the urges get the best of you. When you feel an urge coming on let you mind tell your body that its no good for it an it negativly impaccting your body in a bad way. The first week of quitting is a bitch dont get me wrong. As time passes it gets easier an easier. That goes for anykind of thing an anybody. If you want it that bad than you will make it happen. Good luck brother an i know you can do it. Just straight up quit!!
