Just wondering, do you think there is the possibility that Whey (90% Pro without stupid sugars) and Hydrobeef are not what they meant to be? I mean low biological value, bad purity and so on

I just stick to homemade protein shakes and don’t even think about any of that stuff when it comes to the powders. Here’s my favorite
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 banana
1 cup blueberries
6 tablespoons liquid egg w
Two handful spinach
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
4oz almond milk

Anybody here actually try that Carnivore beef protein power. Just wondering how the aftertaste was, or how nasty is it lol. What I mean is casein definitely has a distinct aftertaste compared to whey no matter what brand or flavor I have tried, same with rice powder. I’m just wondering how they can make beef protein taste like chocolate, it just dosent seem right lol. Probably going to try MRE light first anyway.
