Are they hydrolized collagen protien or some sort of whey form? i liked those protien shots but found an arctilce that said hydro collagen protien was of poor nutritional value. not a complete protien.

Tried the strawberry thats all they had left at Walgreen's pretty good as a substitute snack as the are not stingy with the amount the taste ok. I was expecting a little sweeter. But there good.
