Ragin8's DNP log

Doing a DNP log so that I have a more objective way of tracking my cut aside from what I see in the mirror, 3rd party subjection, etc. I have done hours upon hours of research, previously had a DNP "trial" if you will, so I fully comprehend what I am dealing with. Side note that may or may not be important; will be using D's product.

Background info:
22 years old, no history of AAS use
~216lbs(measured in the morning, boxers only, after morning shit) , probably 15 or 16% bodyfat
2+ years lifting experience
Don't have tape on hand to record current measurements ATM
I've cut using clen complemented
(supplemented?) with cardio last summer and got desirable results
Have a clean bill of health (recent Dr. visit) and no mediating health issues.

Supplementation:
Multivitamin, fish oil, 2 antioxidants recommended from 'How to not fuck up on DNP' thread'

Will be tracking calories and macros, down to each amino acid, triglyceride, and monosaccharide. Have a meal plan I laid out that I used for my last cut.

I lift using a split regimen
Legs
Chest/tris
Back/bi's
Delts
30 mins cardio on days I lift; 45-60mins on days I don't

Dosing:
Going to ride out a 200mg/day schedule for probably a month

I'll try to update at least 2 times per week. Don't foresee any circumstances that will interrupt this DNP cycle. Maybe someone will be interested in reading and seeing the results. I'll try to answer any questions I can as they arise

Day 4 of the cycle, sitting at 215lbs.

Starting to feel the characteristic DNP side effects. Did 30 mins of cardio followed by a back workout

Diet is on point; about to eat some tuna, broccoli, brown rice, and cottage cheese.

Day 10 of my cycle

The temperature finally dropped below 40 degrees, so I decided to kick up the dosage to 400mg.

Also decided to throw in some clen with it

I am in a different location than when I started the cut, so I have to use a different scale. To my best estimation, I'm down ~6/7 lbs

Closing in on 2 weeks

I have to admit, I underestimated the drastic change in endurance that I'd experience while on this cycle. Last summer (wasn't on DNP), when I did cardio on days I didn't lift (i.e. for 45-60 mins), I could bang out an hour, no problem. This morning, it was quite a struggle just to do 30 mins.

I originally said I was going to run it for a month, but I believe I'm going to extend it to 8 weeks.

With my diet still in check and all other variable still controlled, I'm down 9 lbs from when I first started. When I find my camera, I'll be able to add some photos as well.

Only side I'm really having to deal with, that isn't so much an issue, but just a pain in the ass for me, is the night sweating. I sleep with an overhead fan and a second fan on my floor pointed straight at me. If I'm under the covers (both sheets and comforter), I can start to sweat pretty badly. Last night, I laid on top of the comforter with just a light blanket and that seemed to eliminate a lot of the sweating issues.

Looking forward to continuing this cycle and seeing more results

Decided to see how 600mg would pan out earlier today. I think I'm just going to stick to 400mg.

Did 30 mins of cardio followed by a chest/tri workout. Was soaked in sweat by minute 20 of the cardio session. Felt good through the workout. Weighed in at about 201 lbs, which is about 14lbs down from the start.

The more I think about it, I probably underestimated my starting bodyfat percentage, but that's really no big deal to me. The numbers and percentages don't matter as much as what I see in the mirror.

This is a pic from very earlier in my cycle

This is an update progress pic. A little flatter from minute glycogen stores in the muscle, but noticably (at least to me) leaner. 2nd pic is in a different location and different lighting than the first pic.

This may be a little ambitious for how long I intend to run this cycle, nonetheless, I'd like to get back down to this condition or better when I'm through cutting.

May not look like much now, but I still have 5 weeks to go and everything is still going to plan. Hopefully someone is enjoying the read.

About 198lbs right now
Haven't made it to the gym as frequently as I'd like to because of a busy schedule

I'll have another progress photo in a few days

Some progress photos; image quality is kind of subpar. DNP has me looking flat as a pancake, but that's to be expected. Not even completely sure how long into my cycle I am, but I still have some time to go. When I first started this cycle the strength in my lifts had dropped off a little, but it has pretty much plateaued. Psychologically, I haven't wanted to quit the cycle like I did towards the beginning, but sometimes the sweating makes it near impossible to go out to social events; have to take it on a day-by-day basis, really.

Different angle, but maybe you'll be able to see that I'm getting some definition back in my midsection.

Once again, sorry for the low quality pics. Just took them on the fly

Quick update

Have had a few schedule changes that made it difficult for me to get into the gym as much as I wanted the past few weeks. Got a chance to do some cardio and lifting yesterday. Scale told me I was 194.5lbs

Newer progress photo coming soon

I haven't weighed myself in a few weeks, so not really sure where I'm standing now.

It's difficult to tell what I really look like with the water still on me. I think I'll run another week or 2. I might take pics at the end of the cycle, but I'll definitely snap one once the water comes off.

Hey man, I've noticed no one else posted in your log, which is a real shame. Thanks for keeping a log for the rest of us as I'm sure it will be helpful for many others, including myself. Incredible results so far.

I'm on day 8 of my DNP cycle but weight is only about 3 pounds down. Hopefully I'm holding onto a lot of water weight hence the small weight changes but it's really starting to play with my head. Going through hell for such a small change. Started getting a fever this morning, so unsure whether to continue or not. Ideally I would love to continue despite all the sides, but I would still need to respect the drug.

Hmm, so yeah. Just posting here so you don't feel so lonely! Haha

I should have had another update by now, but I accidentally broke my phone camera and can't find my digital camera.

nice log

any updates

What was your weight when the water finally came off?

Sitting right around 188lbs. I really wish I had a camera right now; have some ab veins, serratus and oblique definition coming in nicely.

I took a few weeks off DNP and just kept my diet and workouts in check. Hopped back on about 2 weeks ago, but only taking 200mg every day.

After reading your log I have decided to give it a go. Ive got 20 tabs which I will only do 1 tab per day as its my first run.

Hoping to drop around 15 lbs. Ive droped 10lbs naturally in the last 3 weeks so cant wait to see how it goes.

Thanks for the update.

sorry one question, did you have any issues with loose skin or anything after loosing that much weight that quickly, someone mentioned it to me and its got me a bit worried.

sorry one question, did you have any issues with loose skin or anything after loosing that much weight that quickly, someone mentioned it to me and its got me a bit worried.

I haven't noticed anything like that, but depending on age, your skin elasticity may not be ideal, so it's not easy to say.

When I was a teen, I was a 220lbs+ blubberball with no real muscle. I dropped 40lbs in one summer(the wrong way) and didn't have loose skin issues.

Hopefully your run will give you good results

Dropping 20 pounds is not a drastic weight loss when it comes to loose skin but if you already have loose skin or know from experience that the weight drop will cause problems you can use Retin-A Tretinoin .025% to .05% on your stomach (preemptively) meaning you apply it everyday (every other day or third day if you start to peal) before you start to see loose skin.

Retin-A increases the blood supply, collagen and cell turnover. It can keep skin from sagging. Its great for sun damage, skin tightening, age spots, liver spots and stretch marks. Its prescription but can be bought on ebay as Retino-a for $15-20 a 20 gram tube shipped.

Here's one so you can spot the markings but the price is a bit high with shipping. The Shipping is a rip but the 2nd and 3rd tubes are only about $3 US.

Would cost $100-$150 in the US. That should last 2-3 months. People dropping a large amount of weight more 50-150 pounds would be the best candidates. I have many scars and Retin-A removed most of them over time.

Pregnant woman use it after pregnancies and it can take 10-15 years off your face if you use it for years. People think I'm about 30 and I'm 49 and I had many scars on my face from a truck accident.
