This was 700x1 from a few weeks ago.

This was 730x1 off 3" blocks a few months ago.

I'm strong off the floor, my biggest problem right now is locking my knees in time and locking out heavier weights. In this off season I'm planning on doing a lot of conventional block pulls along with some sumo singles with like 500-600lbs and really focus on speed and locking my knees really hard.

Anyway, rules are the same as the other threads.

Lol. You’re going to be all by yourself in here!

Fuckin Christ man. Stand down, lol. I dont think there was anybody except Branddaddy and ohio power in the 700 dl thread. Youll probably be on your own. Seems like most of the guys active in the PL forum are beginner/intermediate except 3 or 4. Im probably more intermediate and would be stoked with 600

I'm currently in no races, feeling left out.

Its lonely at the top!:)

Did 600 lbs and 585 for 2 reps (was easy) and off roids for 2 years. Now I am back :D, give me one year.

Strongest lift by far was my deadlift. Last year and first semester of this year, I have done the mvt only 4 times. I was so dumb because I only have focus only getting my squat up. (cool story hein?!)

Good to have you back. I remember the gold old days when we were chasing 600lbs. 700lbs was way more satisfying though because of how long it took.

That and the injuries I've had to go through to get there. This year I couldnt squat or pull for 11 weeks due to patellar tendinitis and a partially torn lat.

Same here. I had a few months off lower body earlier this year from a hamstring injury from coming down funny on a zercher squat. I can finally bench pain free again after two and a half years. I barely missed 429lbs at my meet, I think I'd have gotten four and a quarter.

Also lots of new faces. But I guess basically a year off the board will do that.

It was dead for awhile in the powerlifting section, but it's gotten pretty active again. Got another good group now.
