Race to a 500 lb Squat

Alright @Perrin Aybara , you started this shit but I see youre scared of the squat, lol.
Im sure you capable of it if you trained it for a week so youre out.

Anyone in the low to mid 400's want in on this?

Rules: Raw, Belt, Sleeves or less, Hit depth, chalk of course, wrist wraps fine, bounce out the hole is fine, elbow sleeves is fine, rack w/ Walk out or monolift either one is ok

No suit, briefs, or knee wraps, no smith machine, no box

who's in?
 
Ugh... Gonna make me squat again? Does it count if I already hit 505 once? Idk if I still have it, haven’t been over 4 plates in 2 years.
 
Lol I got 405 for 1.25 reps with knee wraps. The fucked up thing is o can bench more than I squat and I don’t have small legs..... might be my form I need to practice my squat game for sure so I’m down to try to hit 500
Best way to get better at squatting is to... Squat. Have you tried low bar? I put at least 50 lbs on mine from rotating the low bar style in there even though it tears up my shoulders.
