Quick question

I can't get enough protein in today because we're snowed in and i can't get food either so I'm gonna have to make something at home, but i still have no more protein powder, i have some soy bullshit but idk if thats smart to drink, long story short i won't have enough protein tonight so is there a way i can trick my body into not burning muscle at night by loading on a shitload of food before bed
 
Protein gets a lot of hype..... how much is needed is body dependent, and can vary with time and activity......... when I went "away" we got big off ramen noodles, and peanut butter...... carbs is your energy source... carbs and calories and the body doesn't need to eat muscle....

And one day shouldn't have enough muscle waste to worry about lol.... enjoy the snow eat soup and have sex and chill.
