I did a shot in my bicep and have a bit of redness and a slight numbness tingling in my hand and fingers...my bicep is also sore...is this a sign of hitting a nerve?

Ive had the same experience. My whole hand past my bi were tingling a bit when i moved it and my arm was sore and red. Im not sure if I hit a nerve but I know that in 2 days it went away. But I still waited for like 3 weeks before i ever shot again in my bi.

Did you have the same problem again the next time you shot in your bi? I think I may just do it in my shoulder next time

always made sense to me...bis i'm so sore depending on type of gear.
