I have been thinking of starting TRT for a variety of reasons, one of my main concerns is what will happen to the size of my testicles. Will they just shrivel up or can something be done about that?

well, if you go to a doctor who doesn't know what he's doing, and just prescribes you a pile of Androgel...yeah, your testicles will probably ache, and to some degree shut down. It happened to me, and it was most unpleasant.
Right now, I'm not on any TRT and haven't been for months. If I had to guess, I "feel" like I have less testosterone in my system than I did before I went to the "testosterone quack" who just told me to take a bunch of androgels, or come into the office once a month for a shot of testosterone.
That's why it's important to find a doctor who knows what he's doing. Swale's TRT program includes HCG, which apparently keeps the testicles from shutting down when testosterone is artificially introduced into your system.

I dont believe there is a post of his program anywhere because everyone responds differently. Swale is (I believe) an MD who has decided to specialize in HRT and customizes treatments specifically to his indivivual clients. Are you on HRT prescibed bt a doc? I am on androgel now and dont like it; that is all my uninformed doc will do. I start a new and much better job next week which may make me able to afford therapy w/ out my med coverage paying for. If that happens I will definately be contacting swale.
