uick question guys. I have been doing bottle top filters with a pump into a glass beaker my question is. What is the safest way possible To transfer it To your new "sealed" vials. Doing it with a syringe and pin is a pain in the ass because the syringe doesn't fit through the mouth of the bottle. I have tried back filling a sterile syringe and repeating but I fear of contamination. Any help guys?

They make special septums I think they're called that screw onto the cap of the glass media jar and have a stopper-like material in the middle. You end up using it like you would a vial. IMO that's a good way of minimizing risk but not something I use normally.

I do remember something like that. How dp you go about doing it?

Just buy the septum thing and after filtering put it on the opening of the media jar and screw the cap that comes with it over it and onto the media jar. Make sure to clean it with alcohol first though.
