Question about strength/endurance.

I’ve been doing strength training for several months now, varying between 5x5, 5x3, 3x2.
I’ve switched back to a hyoertrophy program now and my endurance is almost gone. My muscles are fire and almost gasping OHP’ing 60kg for 12 reps. Is this just a normal transition back hypertrophic work?

Yes, normal. Cardiorespiratory qualities decay but also recover quickly.

I think the body adapts to a certain job. And your changes and you trained in certain volumes and the body got used to it. And now the rhythm has changed and the body needs time to rebuild
