I’ve been doing strength training for several months now, varying between 5x5, 5x3, 3x2.
I’ve switched back to a hyoertrophy program now and my endurance is almost gone. My muscles are fire and almost gasping OHP’ing 60kg for 12 reps. Is this just a normal transition back hypertrophic work?
