I keep hearing different things from different people. People at the musle shop say just add it into your whey shake for post workout and others say dont mix it with whey, take seperately because the whey and glutamine will battle for which gets absorbed first.
Which is right ? do i have the whey shake 1st post workout and wait an hour to take the glutamine? or just take them together?
