prolactin induced gyno

according your experience do high prolactin causes gyno?
does prolactin ''potentiate'' estrogen side effects?
My opinion is not based on direct evidence, so take it with a grain of salt.

Elevated prolactin can further potentiate estrogenic side effects and make breast tissue estrogen receptors more active, which can make them absorb more estrogen and cause gyno.

But prolactin itself can't cause gyno on its own. I have read prolactin can cause lactation and milk coming out of your breast, which feels like and looks like gyno but it isn't actual gyno.

Again, what I said is based on what I have heard and read, not on personal experience.

I'm considering deca/tren cycles in the future, so I will be grateful to anyone who explain the prolactin/progesterone issue in details.

It's really the other way around. Estrogen potentiates prolactin side effects. Control your E2 and you'll likely never have a prolactin problem.
If you use trenbolone or deca, won't you get elevated prolactin levels if you don't use cabergoline or something similar? Or can you run tren or deca without also having to control prolactin as long as your e2 levels are within normal range?

This ^^^

I haven't had to take caber at all this tren cycle because I've kept my E2 on the lowish side of the reference range.

Still have caber on hand though, but as long as you keep estrogen in check you shouldn't have prolactin related sides, unless you're maybe stacking deca+tren, or using really high amounts.

I do also think that prolactin related gyno is a thing. I've had gyno experiences where my estrogen was In check, where I was even crashing the estrogen with nolva+letro to try to get rid of it, and the only thing that eased the nipple pain/sensitivity was caber, and it actually reduced in size. So there's definitely a prolactin component to gyno. All the nolvadex and letrozole In the world won't fix prolactin related gyno problems

You might but you probably won't. Don't just start taking caber. Have some in case you need it though.

I’ve had this running tren before, it doesn’t feel like normal gyno it’s more of a soft squishy fluid under your nipple. Any time I’ve had it I run raloxifene for around 10 days and 1mg caber and it goes away. Tren does make my nipples a bit puffy sometimes but as soon as I come off tren they settle back down and look completely normal

I can’t deny this, but I can say that when 22 years ago I did a cycle of ~525mg tren alone, and got gyno on one side. However the mechanism, it can and did happen without a ‘traditional’ aromatizing steroid.

God have mercy on me

Yeah

It might have been more, I’m only estimating. In those days we’d buy finiplix pellets meant for feed cows and crush them up into alcohol, spraying it on our skin a couple times a day. It was the best of times, it was the worst of times
I've heard of guys injecting the finiplix but never heard of spraying it on your skin

Oh yeah, this was around that time. It was 2001- the internet was in its infancy, and the idea of gathering supplies to cook my own gear, then bottle and inject it was insurmountable, Nevermind that I was just out of high school.

There were prohormone sprays sold in alcohol, so all we had to do was crush the little yellow pellets up, pour into the spray bottle, and shake before spraying. 50 sprays every morning and night. AVOID THE TESTICLES.

There was little information about PCT or anything. I lost everything, then suffered for the next 6 month.

Imagine how disappointing “real steroids” were after half a gram of tren.

What a time though, I wouldn’t trade my experiences for anything.

Nothing like stories from the old days. I always find them fascinating considering just how easy shit is these days. You got guys complaining now if their gear doesn't land within a week lol.

Not true. AI’s don’t work on these cases at all! The prolactin activates the receptors in the nipples to engorge not aromatization.

If you control estrogen then prolactin is almost never an issue. Prolactin follows estrogen & usually rises because estrogen is high.

Once prolactin is high and you're getting sides though then you're gonna need drugs to bring prolactin down right away and stop the sides not just an ai.

If you have high prolactin but no sides then lowering estrogen with an ai will eventually bring prolactin down

Every time I’ve tried any 19 nor compounds it creates gyno quickly that no AI’s will even minimize. I was told it was the prostaglandins and not estrogens which is why the AI’s didn’t work but it seemed to be a reasonable explanation for my chemistry. Maybe I’m just different with regards to that. I wish i could tolerate them but saggy nipples is not a good look lol. Thanks for your input. Love this forum.
