Primo a won't hold

Two times now I've brewed primo a at 100 mg/ml and it crashes. I'm just using the steroid calculator for my percentages. Any help?

Post the exact amounts of all the ingredients that you used. And what they were. Not what the calculator says you should use. Because if you actually measured wrong but post the numbers from the calculator as opposed to what you actually used the problem will not be discovered. Without knowing what you used and how you did it there is no way to find you issue.
