Preworkout: Adderall+ECA stack= AWESOME Workout!

Disclaimer: If you have a heart/health problem-doing this will kill you! Go see a doctor and makes sure you're healthy before trying or starting this!! I know my body and understand the risk. So here it goes :)

Took 20mg of Adderall+ ECA stack on an empty stomach 30 minutes before workout. All I can say is that I had one of the most intense and focus workout--EVER!!! example: Where I normally struggles with 110lb incline dumb-bell press for 6 rep x3 set. I was able to get 8 without any issue x 4 set!!I was seriously looking at 120lb.. but decided, not to go balls deep! I was still able to do cardio at the end! :D The focus and determination was off the chart! Keep yelling (inside voice) "light weight, light weight"..:D

If anyone remember my cycle, I have no issue with cardio while on Tren (if I time the pin). But to be on the safe side, I wore my Fitbit thru-out my workout. I also measure my pre and post pulse and blood pressure-making sure I don't drop dead 1 hrs after my workout!!

current cycle:

150mg of Test P
300mg of Comp H Tren (this mother F kick ass!!)
500mg of Mast P

Going to run this for another week and see how I do..

Again, don't try this shit if you're sucking gas on the treadmill while running Tren!
 
I have no doubt that this is probably very effective for you... I've been prescribed adderall in the past ... that being said, it's also very addictive and there are tons of recovering addicts who have turned to the gym and to meso as part of their recovery.... I would in no way suggest anyone with any type of dependency issues try something like this... that being said, I'm curious as to how long you plan on running the Addies as pre workout... I would only assume that this could be benificial to someone who is also trying to cut some fat on cycle... furious to see how this works for you

Be careful. Amphetamines are dangerous on their own. Plenty of added complication with ec and tren on top. Look into left ventricle hypertrophy. Some things don't mix, and your heart is a muscle too.

Actually was thinking about blow... LOL! JK! I like addy for the focus it gives me. Blow, just make you want to party like it's 1999!

Of course, I assume all the risk.. I got a full medical checkup before starting this cycle. Once completed, I'll have another full checkup. Will I use this setup forever? probably not, it's for short-term (summer cutting) and you must stay discipline!.. Nothing beats-good old fashion hardwork and dieting!

@Ryno1980 yeah you're right.. if you a recovering addict then this for sure will not do! But, if you maintain strict control of yourself and know when to fold em.. then it could work (after you get a full medical exam and talk to your DR).

I am planning on running this setup for 4 weeks and see how it goes. Will only be taking em on push/pull and squat day.. none on cardio/HIIT day
 
Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't adderall kill the pump by restricting blood vessels?

what kills the pump is lack of intensity and focus during your workout. Caffeine restrict blood flow, your words "kill the pump". so should we stop taking caffeine? I highly doubt it :)

Yes, adderall is a vasodilator. I don't know about anyone else, but when I used to take adderall it killed my appetite...and I felt Like a crack head.

Seems like a dangerous way to get in a killer workout. Especially throwing in AAS to the mix

It is a dangerous way.. That's why I don't recommend this to anyone! It's my own experience that I share with the community. Know your body and it's limits

I don't know. I'll drink a coffee once in a while. To me pwo is a waste. Just seems like u build a tolerance and u will always need more, then trouble sleeping, then sleep aid then groggy from that so more stim. Seems like a dangerous road. For me I self motivate and just make myself workout. But what works for me might not work for all. But be careful man. Seems like a slippery slope.

bro, if you can train without any pwo or stimulant.. shiet that's the road to take! I unfortunately gotta have my morning cup of Joe's and around lunch time, I'll need a can of Monster/Red Bull to power me thru my workload! Then 30-40mins before workout- I slap on Addy+ECA stack (now).. Wish I can have your self motivation :(
 
I use to need monsters and coffee. But I slowly cut down. To me the more u use it the more u need to get the kick. My not always motivated. I just did not like needing a monster to work out. Now I have a 20 oz coffee in the am and water and juice thru the day. Once in a while a mt dew. I was just saying that's a lot of stim to work out. Soon the rush will be gone and what will the next thing be. That's all I'm saying. Not judging at all. Just giving my opinion.
 
I used to be a pre-workout/stim junkie...Shit just makes you feel tired all the time. I was to the point where I was pounding 3-4 energy drinks a day. As of now if I feel the need I'll take half a caffeine pill in the AM and a full pill PWO.

My PWO's pretty simple tbh..Caffeine pill, 5g Creatine, 5g AAKg. Between that and the AAS I'm set
 
I, too, had been a junkie for caffeine. Coffee and energy drinks all day long and usually terrible sleep because of it. I quit that cold turkey earlier this year and I ended up leaving work early the second day because I just couldn't function. It felt like a tiny demolition crew inside my head and I was so tired and nauseous. I can't imagine withdrawal from something like Adderall lol.

What sucks is I still just feel so unmotivated and just generally down without caffeine. Now I take a PWO once or twice a week (Saturday, sometimes Sunday) and when I do it's like a switch gets flipped and I'm instantly more motivated, happier, more talkative...

Idk even though I can do without caffeine I still feel like I need it.
 
Just wanted to give you monkeys an update.. No, I am not dead or in need of a heart transplant--not yet!

Overall, I really like the focus and clear thoughts adding addy to the mix. It's something I don't recommend you do for a long term..not wise and sure hell reckless! But for a quick short burst (under 2 weeks) and amazing fat reduction (it curb your hungry-good for cutting cycle or losing that last 1-3lbs)

I am done for now and probably revisit this later (summer cutting)
