Prep is 20 weeks, start of prep 18-19% bf 188.3, currently in middle of week 18 today at 178.3. Fat loss is 1.5lb a week which I’ve be hitting first week was large water drop. To summarize here’s the plan 17 - 14 weeks out 500mg Test weekly/200mg DNP eod. (Calories 2750 186p 327c 53f daily lifting and liss cardio 20-25 ed) (will be adjusted if weight doesn’t move) 14-12 test 500 12-0 test tren mast 150/350/350 (test will be started at 350 and moved to 150 if side prevail) My question is dnp and it’s effectiveness during prep, if I am risking muscle loss during the use of dnp given my calories it will be removed. My carbs will remain, I’ve ran dnp with low carbs never tried high let me know how that would affect it and would it be more effective earlier in prep with less compounds and a higher bodyfat or later during my prep cycle risking water retention.
