I’m all for good home made food but nothing tastes good when ur eating 6 times a day.

walmart has different kinds of rotisserie, grilled, tenders, fajitas, beef, steak

I really crave chicken and salad with Parmesan cheese
I don’t want to take 40
Minutes preparing salad every day

I’m not missing anything by buying these pre cooked chickens and throwing em on the pan for 5 minutes to heat up right? Then I can throw salad ima bowl with cheese and be done with it.

this also makes meal prepping extremely easy. If I want I can cook two bags and that’s like a whole day of 180 grams of protein in chicken for $10

that’s nuts in my opinion. And then u cma always get frozen peppers and make that or throw em in a tortilla or do whatever u want.
The point is u don’t have to cut and grill the chicken or fuck with the oven for an hour or fry the shit and have to clean all the oil.

Props to everyone who likes to have whole meals 6 times a day and real home cooked food. And minimal shakes.

I can’t do that, if I don’t force myself to eat I’ll have like a cup of water and a McDouble from Macdonald’s if I don’t stick to a diet

this makes it so easy

Typically I can find raw chicken cheaper. I can season it to taste the way I like it. And it should have fewer preservatives and sodium. The bag chicken tastes fake compared to well grilled/seasoned chicken IMO. But it’s certainly better than many other choices. If you’re short on time, go for it.

I hardly like real chicken so I guess I’m g2g

the point is to avoid cooking

Easiest way to cook chicken. Heat oven to 400 deg F. Throw in raw chicken for 20 minutes. It comes out perfect every time. Just do it on aluminum foil or a aluminum tray. So easy to clean up too.

I just buy the 1lb packs of ground chicken. Throw it in the skillet with a pack of whatever wing seasoning, enough water to make it cook down.

Mix it with rice and or veggies. Eat for less than $40 a week.

Literally takes five minutes.

I wouldn’t eat that junk! Look how many ingredients are in those. EGGS!!
Eat more eggs. I eat eggs twice a day. Six whole and a cup of white in total. I cook them in avocado oil, with roasted sweet potatoes, jalapeños and Whole wheat tortillas.

Ate a dozen eggs a days for quite some time. Wasn't a huge fan before, cant stomach them now without a ton of extra shit.

Which would defeat the point of eating eggs.

If a rotisserie chicken, which is pulled from shelved stock, or a dry seasoning are the worst we do, we're doing alright.

Aiming for affordable, convenient, and edible to allow for sustainability.

Edit: You might want to check the ingredients on your tortillas. I'd wager there's more ingredients in one of them than in a spice pack or a whole chicken.

Nah man I live in New Mexico we have fresh ones here. There is vegetable lard though. Why would adding to eggs defeat the purpose? It find that there are limitless tasty combinations.

I don’t eat anything that’s frozen.
Well sometimes seafood.

I've lived in Santa Fe, I ate the same tortillas.

Adding shit to the eggs so I can choke them down defeats the purpose of eating eggs. If I slather them in cheese and shit...I'm better off throwing a spice packet into chicken.

If I'm already eating the chicken, I'm just adding more calories for a nominal increase in protein and a good sized increase in fat.

So, again, it's kind of pointless. I'm basically adding additional energy just for the hell of it.
