I'm curious about everything to do with posture, specifically, BAD posture. I want to discuss all things to do with posture:
How to get in touch with a professional who works specifically with posture.
Good posture exercises and regimen.
Real world experience in correcting bad posture.
Myths and common yet bad advice for posture.
etc.
Personally, I feel this topic deserves its own section on the forum page, but I've yet to find it... any help @Millard ?
So to start, I've wrestled with APT (anterior pelvic tilt) for quite some time and I've been working at correcting it.
only catch is... I have a shorter torso with nice long legs so most exercises don't feel like they're doing their thing.
I've had to ignore very good advice at times to actually feel what I'm supposed to where I'm supposed to.
Any ideas on how to stretch and relax lower back and hip flexors with limited range possible?
Thanks guys
