say if you sent some cash in mail to a person. that person emails you back later and says that they were tipped that the person at say,mailbox etc, notified the cops of suspicious mail at the address you sent to. you just sent the birthday card. they say that they closed the mail account and all mail is to be returned to sender. should a person do a recall of mail so it won't make to the destination or let it play out. the birthday card was sent priority at about 400pm today. if a person went to the post office at say 800am the next day would it still be there or should a recall be done.
