Post Workout Meal

I have a shake and 30-45 mins later I like to go to chipotle ( double chicken, brown rice, lettuce and avacdo in a bowl )

Edit. Just saw you said bulking. No matter I like to eat this weather I'm bulking or cutting

Same. And Red salsa of course. Don't forget the extra scoop of brown rice fo free.

I make my shake and throw it in my gym bag and slam it as soon as I'm done. That way by the time I get my bowl and drive home I'm ready to crush some solid food. Gains.
