Hey y'all,
I just finished a cutting cycle, and now I'm trying to figure out how to eat post-cycle. I don't want to gain all the fat back, but I still want to keep as much muscle as possible. I was eating about 3000-3600 calories/day while cutting, plus doing cardio 3x / wk. I'd imagine I'll have to drop the cals a little lower if I want to keep the fat off, or should I just eat the same or more to keep the muscle? Plus do you think I should keep up the cardio (I was planning to)?
