Pop- corn

Yes, most definately. Popcorn with out all that butter and salt that folks put in it is a very healthy snack. I'm not sure how good it will taste with olive oil though, I've never tried it before.

I think he means pop it in olive oil, which is pretty tasty with a little (and I mean very little) butter

the kernels pop in the oil and butter and the excess remains at the bottom of the pan so you don't even consume all of it, it only flavors the kernal a lil

healthy and yummy

I have always felt it only qualifies as healthy due to it containing very little in the way of negative nutritional value (meaning fats and salt), but I view it as worthless nutritionaly as opposed to more heathfull options that the body can really use for achieving your goals. If all you want to do is fill the void, drink water or eat celery. Celery at least is a negative caloric item. I opt to consume food that has a fuel value and supports my goals.

Air popping would be the best choice if you got to have it.
