Meal 1. 3 whole eggs. 2 oz egg whites. 3 slices Canadian bacon. Motzeralla cheese ( just a little).
Meal 2 & 3. Handful spinach or romain. Easy light balsamic dressing. 6.5oz steak (air fried). Light colby jack cheese. Light siracha. 4 metamusil pills
Meal 4 same as 2&3 but with 7.5oz chicken.
“meal 5” 8oz 2% milk. 2 scoops ON protein powder.
snacks consist of a handful of frozen strawberries and one serving raw almonds. Water consumption around .75 gal/day
currently 187lbs. Shooting for 176. 500mg test c/ week.
Been doing this for a few weeks now. Feel fine ebough though no carbs in forever. Workouts are 90-120 min with 2 20 min cardio sessions (ss).
