Hi, Im a personal trainer.

I do a lot of outdoor PT sessions everyday plus my own training which consists of either weights, boxing or running every day.

I have good size muscles for my height. I am lean but want to go to the next level of lean.

My nutrition has always been eating fairly healthy with a clock of chocolate once a week and maybe 10 beers every 3 weeks.

Obviously the beer and chocolate is out but on a day to day basis what should I be eating? Is it just protein and nothing else?? Will I still be able to train with intensity without all the carbs that Im use to? Will I loose my muscles if I dont eat the amounts I have my whole life?

Im after eating plans to lower my body fat pls guys. Thanks heaps in advance.

You're a personal trainer?
#1. No...you will probably not be able to train with the same intensity with a dramatic decrease in carbohydrate intake.
#2. If your objective is to lose body fat, drop below your maint. calories, but I would not consume solely protein.
How tall are you? What is your present level of body fat? How much do you weigh?
There are a myriad of factors that can determine a suitable weight loss program.
The more information you can provide the board, the more feedback you will receive.
Personally, lately I have been into Lyle McDonald's Rapid Fat Loss Handbook.....you can find it on bodyrecomposition..
