I've been interviewing for a Contract Formulation Scientist position to help build out lyophilization cycles and formulas for a US based operation. This is probably a wild shot in the dark, does anyone have hands on experience with this looking to make some bread?

I am in contact with a big supplier who does peptides and we share information. He showed me the process. It does take quite a bit of expensive machinery....... But it's doable

I have a 4,200 16mm vial machine with CIP/SIP, 240 vial table top R&D machine, and filler, pre stopper, and capper en route.

I'm probably going to end up just hiring someone with detailed experience in the industry because my research tells me each recipe needs to be specialized for the machine itself and they don't carry over machine to machine.
