You don't want bad fat but to get the most muscle possible Yes you need bad fat .. Well you don't need it but you have no choice when bulking ... The oil is good fat otherwise it wouldn't be oil at room temp
Many vegetable oils are liquid at room temperature yet should not be consumed.
For instance:
Safflower oil contains almost 80% omega-6. Researchers are just beginning to discover the dangers of excess omega-6 oils in the diet, whether rancid or not. Use of these oils should be strictly limited. They should never be consumed after they have been heated, as in cooking, frying or baking.
All fats need to be consumed and saturated fats wont hurt you with some moderation and need to be in the diet.
Peanuts are good but almonds are one of the best.
Almond milk is awesome, other good fats include but are not limited too:
Avacado
Olives
Extra Vergin Olive oil
Fish oils (my favorite and the best profile for Omega 3's)
Flax seed
Nuts (raw and unsalted)
Try and avoid hydrogenated oils, trans fats, and too many polyunsaturated oils.
Typical american diet has too many Omega 6 to Omega 3 fatty acids.
Sure they are called Essential Fatty Acids (EFA's) but the ratio is too high for the Omega 6's
Proper ratio is 1/1 to 1/4 of Omega 3 to Omega 6
Typical American diet is 1/10 to 1/25 3 to 6
This ratio is not good.
Adding some fish oils with your meals is a very good start and will slow down insulins responce to your meals and not only that fat loss is easier and you will have less inflammation in the body.
