How can I pay without being ripped off any tips on how or where I've only picked up locally but moved to al 2 years ago

You can’t. Even if there was (there is with one vendor to my knowledge ) a way to initiate a “chargeback”, how are you gonna explain to them why or what the purchase was for?

Yea definitely just so many questionable sites ..... it's hard to know which are reliable ot not

If it’s a website I wouldn’t use it.

Best sources I’ve ever used were by email and hell some of them didn’t even ever respond with a tracking after payment.

Do a little reading in the underground sub forum, you’ll figure it out.

i've never understood why sources risk using tracked shipping, great for the buyer though.
