Pain right after benching

I just took a month off bench because of this and I'm two weeks back and it's still there. Right after the set as soon as I release pressure from my hand to the barbell I get an intense pain that feels like it's inside my clavicle bone on the left side. Doesn't hurt during the set or even a couple minutes after and doesn't hurt if I keep pushing on the bar, but as soon as I stop it does. Tried dumbbells and it's the same. Strangely overhead press doesn't bother it, so it seems it's horizontal pressing only. Even dumbbell flyes hurt.

Anybody got any ideas what this is or how to fix it? Overdeveloped front delts maybe? I'm at a loss. I don't believe it to be a shoulder issue because zero pain from overhead pressing. I'm not super knowledgeable about this kind of thing though. Any input is appreciated.

Possible bone spurs? I believe I have one at the shoulder joint that's appeared to have grown a lot over the years and now is starting to impact my bench as well. Something to consider. Going to an orthopedist after the holidays to get a scan taken.

Stick your arm straight out to the side of your body, lift it up and down like you're pretending to fly.

Pain?
What would that nean if their was pain bro? Im curious...RotorCuff problem?

Na, it won't mean anything...I it'll make me laugh to picture him flapping his arms around like a bird. Lol.

In all seriousness, it could be AC joint. It can hurt with specific movements.. lifting it up high can mean it's a sprain, which is sounds like he probably doesn't have since he's fine with OHP. Lower pain could be some kind of impingement.

I might also be picturing it being closer to the shoulder than it really is. I have an issue with pain right in the middle sometimes... It just goes away, never did figure out what it really was.

Lmfao thats funny as shit. Sometimes after benching or doing side laterals right in the middle of my shoulder down into my bicep will have pain for a while. I never figured out what or why this is. It goes away after a few days. It gets so annoying when it hurts to raise my arm like im a bird flapping in the wind lol

I'm out at the moment, but I'll take a pic of exactly where it is soon.
